Log your progress with exclusive access to our app, where you can log all your progress in one place (We will, also set you personal nutrition goals/personal goals and include our recipe book with several recipes which have calorie and macro breakdowns for ease of tracking) Movement demonstration videos of everything to make it easy to follow. 1 To 1 PT Sessions: Train from our location at St Lawrence Community Hall with our wide range of equipment so we can make sure we hit your personal goals. I tailor training sessions so you progress in a safe and effective manor and clients who book a block of 10 sessions will have exclusive access to our app where they can track their progress.

£40 per hour or 10 sessions for £350. Please message for a no obligation client consultation and to check our availability.

Indoor sessions and outdoor: Located at St Lawrence Village Hall and Ventnor skate park(times and days are in the 'book a class' section of the drop down menu) High intensity, functional training in a small coach led class, suitable for all abilities

£45 unlimited sessions(Access to our app included to track progress and view training sessions for the week)
